This Vintage Monocular compound brass E. H. and F. H. Tighe Student Microscope Circa late 1800's. The brothers Edward and Frederick Tighe started the firm which made these microscopes. The base is the "horseshoe" shaped foot design and is signed " E. H. and F. H. Tighe. Detroit. Mich." This microscope appears to be all original which includes the reflector lens. 11.5 inches H x 3.5 inches W x 5.25 inches D. In very good condition.
